A beautiful quiet bushland retreat full of local flora and fauna.
This is a private 2 bedroom guest cottage with the main house nearby.
Bushman’s Clock is on the road to Walkerville. It is perfectly placed between the beaches of Sandy Point, Waratah and Walkerville. Its 10 acres of bush is surrounded by farmland and across the road is the Cape Liptrap Reserve which follows the coast from Waratah to Walkerville. There is a kiosk at the Walkerville camp site which has basic provisions and Sandy Point and Fish Creek both have General Stores. If you want to treat yourself to some of South Gippsland’s finest produce Gibsons Cafe in Fish Creek has a gourmet deli/larder. Foster has an IGA supermarket and the brilliant Ahern’s fruit and vegetable shop with lots of health foods as well.
It’s rural and remote so you will need a car. There is plenty of parking close to the cottage.
The main house is nearby but there is very little impact between the 2 properties. There is a circular drive and the house traffic has its own entry / exit.
